Role OverviewAs a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll plan, organize, and oversee the entire flow of goods while supporting warehouse operations. You’ll collaborate closely with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to keep materials moving.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses, customers, or retail locations.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving delays or discrepancies quickly.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
- Implement and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills; ability to handle challenges in real time.
- Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and compliance (preferred).
- Previous forklift driving experience with possible certification/license.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ambition, complemented by effective collaboration skills in a team setting.
- Excels in a high‑energy, independent, and challenging work environment.
- A proven track record of optimizing warehouse layouts, systems, or workflows.
- Experience with aerospace, automotive, or other industries requiring high precision in logistics.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for making systems faster, leaner, and more reliable.
The Base Salary Range for this position is $62,000 - $79,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long‑term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.

ITAR RequirementTo conform to U.S. Government aerospace technology export regulations (ITAR and EAR), applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
