• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan and monitor shift performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and ensure safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and achieve shift targets.

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Shift Managers can make $19.50 up to $28.00 per hour ($40,560 up to $58,420 yearly).
