As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Utilize the nursing process to provide top-notch patient care.
• Maintain professional accountability for your assigned patients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care with various departments.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform your duties in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may include:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • And more, as required by your unit.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Prolonged standing and walking during shifts.
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.

This part-time position requires you to work 24 hours per week , typically consisting of two 12-hour shifts from 1:00 PM to 1:30 AM .
