Someone who can set their own pace, work in a team environment. This position requires experience in a similar industry or a relevant skill. Reliability is a must.

• Operate machinery used in the production process.
• Guide and lead other employees in the production processes.
• A combination of working independently and with a group to meet production goals.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Observe equipment operations to detect malfunctions and notify operators of any issues.
• Help maintenance workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, or cleaning work areas and equipment.
• Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, or assemble new equipment.
• Clean and lubricate equipment.
• Keep work area clean and support other housekeeping functions.
• Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma preferred, related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

$26.00 - $35.00 per hour
