We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks.

• Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties implemented by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.

• You can direct others and prioritize tasks.

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, night, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for the position.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outdoors, etc.).

• High School Diploma or GED
