Position:
Delivery Driver (Class
A), full‑time, entry level.
A 4‑day work week (Tuesday‑Friday), 4:30 am start, no dispatch. Home daily. 1st‑year pay includes base, component and overtime. New hourly and incentive pay increase. Annual merit increase. Local dedicated route.

Job Description:
Food and food‑service delivery drivers ensure products arrive on time and in good condition, serving as the face of the company.
Our delivery drivers deliver food and related products, maintain safety standards, and provide excellent customer service.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform all required safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections according to DOT regulations.
- Report safety issues and required repairs.
- Follow DOT regulations and company safe‑driving guidelines; inspect trailer for proper loading and securing of freight.
- Count and verify items against invoices.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly.
- Drive to and deliver orders according to scheduled routes.
- Unload products, transport them to customer storage areas, and perform damage‑control checks.
- Obtain customer signatures, collect payment when required.
- Load customer returns onto the trailer and secure doors.
- Ensure all equipment, trailers, and freight are locked and secured.
- Perform end‑of‑shift equipment security and paperwork.
- Maintain housekeeping in the tractor, loading dock, and trailers.
- Record hours of service in compliance with DOT, state, and company rules.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- 6+ months commercial driving experience.
- Valid CDL‑A.
- 21+ years of age.
- Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements.
- Clean MVR for past 3 years.
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
- Pass road test.
- Current DOT Health Card or ability to secure one.
- Physical ability to lift and move freight ranging from 10–35 lb up to 90 lb as required.
