Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver timely financial reporting. Experience in a small-company environment is essential.
Responsibilities of Accounting Manager- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR).
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and maintain the general ledger.
- The Accounting Manager will produce weekly financial reports.
- Support month-end close and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Must have small-company accounting experience. We prefer a hands-on bookkeeper or accountant from a small business over a senior accountant from a large corporation.
- Experience managing day-to-day accounting functions independently.
- The Accounting Manager must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of GAAP.
