* ** Tuition Reimbursement for Automotive Technology Students & Recent Graduates**---## What You'll DoAs an Automotive Technician, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.###

Responsibilities Include:

* Perform maintenance and repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards
* Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic equipment and special service tools
* Test-drive vehicles to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs
* Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brake systems, HVAC systems, and electrical components
* Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
* Provide accurate timelines for repairs and recommended services
* Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
* Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts
* Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work
* Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment---## Qualifications### Required
* Valid Driver's License
* ** 3-5+ years of Automotive Technician experience
*** Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
* Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
* Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable attitude### Preferred
* Manufacturer certifications
* ASE certifications
* Previous dealership experience
* Luxury brand experience
** Dealership experience is not required.
** Technicians from independent repair facilities, aftermarket shops, and all vehicle brands are encouraged to apply.
