Role Description

The Member Success & Fulfillment Specialist is a full-time, on-site / hybrid role based in Dayton, OH . This position plays a key role in supporting partner members with operational and service needs while assisting with order fulfillment across multiple e-commerce platforms.

The Specialist will serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, help manage inventory-sharing systems, support online order processing, and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics and fulfillment processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a hands‑on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support partner members with day-to-day operational and service needs
  • Assist with order processing and fulfillment for multiple e-commerce channels
  • Coordinate communication between members and internal teams
  • Help maintain and optimize inventory-sharing platforms
  • Monitor orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, relationship management, or client support
  • Working knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and order processing systems
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in fluid power or related industrial industries is a plus
  • Tribute ERP system experience is a plus
