Physician Office | Centerville | Full-Time | First Shift

• Assist and deliver patient care duties under the supervision of the provider and/or practice manager.
• Assist the provider in examination and treatment of patients, performing miscellaneous delegated duties.
• Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information in patients' charts.
• Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients.
• Cross-train to perform duties to enhance efficiency and continuity of delivery of patient care.

• Medical Assistant certification/registration:
  Current Medical Assistant certification/registration as CCMA, CMA (AAMA), NCMA, RMA (or completion of KHMG program) within 15 months of hire.
• LPN:
  Graduate of accredited LPN program with current Ohio license.
• Medical assistants who are not certified or registered at the time of hire will be restricted from administering medication and entering Epic orders until credentials are obtained and verified.

• 1-year clinical experience in a medical/physician office setting.
• Experience with use of electronic medical records.
• Practical knowledge in examination process, diagnostic & treatment room procedures, medical equipment, safety hazards, confidentiality & discretion.
