Personal Care Assistant

Golden Heart Senior Care in Dayton, OH is seeking a responsible and reliable Personal Care Assistant to support our clients at home in Centerville, Beavercreek, Kettering, Miamisburg, Moraine, Franklin, Springboro, West Carrollton, Xenia and surrounding areas. The role helps seniors stay independent and safe in their homes longer.

Competitive pay and career advancement opportunities are available through the Caregiver Career Path, with wage increases after 90 days, 180 days, and 2 years, plus opportunities for increased responsibilities and promotions each year.

• Communicating with the office and family
• Bathing, showering, toileting assistance
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Dressing and grooming
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing incoming mail
• Transferring and providing transportation to appointments or other activities

• Genuinely concerned about helping people
• Ability to pass a background and criminal record check
• Pass a drug screening test
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
• At least one year of caregiving experience (caregiver, home health aide, HHA, PCA, etc.)
