FT / 80 hours per pay period
Summary of PositionA Certified Medical Assistant for the Premier Physician Network will typically see upwards of 35 patients per day, adult and pediatric patients, and is responsible for general clinical and procedural patient care, under supervision of the Practice Manager and/or center Physicians/Providers.
Our Certified Medical Assistants are an integral part of our offices, and are relied upon to assist in delivering the very best in Patient Experience. Every patient, every time.
Nature and ScopeIndependently performed procedures may include, but is not limited to, rooming patients and collecting vitals, pulmonary function tests, administration of injections, EKGs, breathing treatments, lab testing, dressing changes, wound cleaning, hearing and vision tests, and other duties as assigned. Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills will be an ongoing expectation.
