General Manager

Overview

Direct Hire. This is a great direct hire opportunity in the Warner Robins GA area.

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports to ensure profitability.
• Lead and mentor department managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs; implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities including new markets and services.
• Address operational issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
• Report directly to senior executives or the board on performance and strategic initiatives.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as operations, HR, finance, marketing and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).

• Familiarity with change management and scaling business operations.
• Ability to manage multiple departments or locations.
