Overview
Direct Hire. This is a great direct hire opportunity in the Warner Robins GA area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Lead and mentor department managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs; implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities including new markets and services.
- Address operational issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Report directly to senior executives or the board on performance and strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as operations, HR, finance, marketing and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and decision‑making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
- Familiarity with change management and scaling business operations.
- Ability to manage multiple departments or locations.
