Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiology Pre/Post
Position Overview
: A Clinical Nurse in the Cardiology Pre/Post unit at Premier Health Partners. The RN partners with patients, families, and the inter-professional team to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support, aiming to improve patient outcomes within a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Advocate for patients and families, providing support and education.
- Utilize the nursing process and evidence‑based practice to manage a diverse caseload of cardiac patients.
- Collaborate with the inter‑professional team in care planning and delivery.
- Maintain compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid Ohio RN license.
- Current AHA BLS certification (ACLS preferred or required within 6 months).
- Minimum 2 years acute‑care RN experience with telemetry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Schedule
:
Day shift, full‑time, 72 hours per pay period. No on‑call, weekends, or holidays.
Compensation
: $76,000 – $94,000 per year.
