Qualifications
  • Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.
  • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on listing properties, is essential.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new listing opportunities with enthusiasm and persistence.
  • Proven track record of guiding homeowners through the selling process with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster repeat and referral business.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dayton, OH real estate market and local trends.

Compensation

$120,000 - $225,000 yearly
