• Stay informed about local and national foreclosure laws and regulations to provide accurate advice.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote foreclosure listings and attract potential buyers and investors in Dayton, OH, and surrounding areas.

• Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.
• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on foreclosure and distressed properties, is essential.

Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 per year
