Part Time Sales Associate – Mall at Fairfield Commons

The Tile Shop is a leading provider of tile, engineered hardwood, LVT, and related products. In this Sales role, you will provide an exceptional customer experience to homeowners, contractors, designers, and other remodeling professionals.

Job Description

• Meet and exceed sales expectations personally and contribute to team goals.
• Work in showroom alongside interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals.
• Provide product recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships through various follow‑up methods.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Read, calculate measurements, and interpret floor plans.
• Present yourself professionally at all times.
• Maintain showroom presentation (cleanliness, merchandising) to maintain excellence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Provide a World Class Buying Experience for everyone that walks through the door!

Our part‑time Sales role pays an hourly wage of $19 per hour, with opportunity to earn uncapped commissions for 20‑30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Open to learning independently and from feedback.
• Able to work well under high pressure and multi‑task.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Bi‑lingual in any language is a PLUS.
