Sales and Membership Growth

Make 50 or more daily outbound calls to connect with new leads and follow up with past prospects

Deliver high-energy tours and introductory stretch sessions

Convert prospects into members with a focus on long-term client success

Handle objections with empathy and clarity

Promote and sell stretch packages, retail products, and service enhancements

Client Experience and Studio Operations

Create a welcoming and professional environment for all guests

Manage check-ins, calls, scheduling, and service issues smoothly

Work with Flexologists and the manager to maintain an efficient studio flow

Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable

Use CRM tools such as Club Ready to track leads and follow up

Marketing and Community Engagement

Support local events, wellness fairs, and open house efforts

Assist with social media and in-studio marketing to drive lead generation

Represent the Stretch Lab brand in the community

You have experience in fitness, wellness, or membership sales (such as gyms, studios, spas, chiropractic offices, or personal training)

You are confident with outbound calls and enjoy lead follow-up

You know how to close sales and believe in the value of what you are offering

You have emotional intelligence and communicate with authenticity

You are organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable using sales software

You thrive in collaborative, high-energy work environments

You are available to work at least 20 to 25 hours per week, including one weekend day

Hourly pay plus uncapped commission and monthly bonuses
