Voss Hyundai is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Able to approach any customer that arrives at Hyundai
• Have the ability to grow your customer base.
• Ability to meet or exceed personal and company sales goals.
• Able to explain all of the features of the vehicle to the customers at the time of sale and to provide any follow-up that is needed for the customer.
• Stay current on all new products, features, and accessories so that they can be shared with the customer.
• Works with the service department to ensure smooth communications during service visits.
• Ability to put together a weekly plan to stay on track with your goals.
• Follow up on leads and prospects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a drive to succeed.
• Candidate must complete a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license
