Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton is looking for a driven, professional, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is more than a traditional car sales position. We are looking for individuals who understand that today's automotive customer expects a premium experience, knowledgeable guidance, transparency, and genuine relationship-building.

THE OPPORTUNITY Our Sales Consultants are responsible for creating an exceptional experience from the moment a customer walks through our doors until long after they drive away in their new vehicle.

You will learn our products, understand our customers' needs, conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations, and guide customers through the entire purchasing process.

Most importantly, you'll build relationships that create repeat and referral business for years to come.

WHAT YOU'LL DOWelcome every customer with professionalism, energy, and genuine enthusiasm.

Build rapport and establish trust by understanding each customer's lifestyle, preferences, needs, and budget.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend vehicles that align with the customer's priorities.

Become an expert on the Acura product lineup, technology, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and professional test drives.

Demonstrate vehicle technology and features in a way that is easy for customers to understand.

Utilize dealership technology and CRM tools to manage customer relationships and follow-up.

Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the buying process.

Generate and develop new business through referrals, repeat customers, networking, digital leads, and proactive follow-up.

Work closely with Sales Management, Finance, Service, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

Accurately prepare and maintain customer and sales documentation.

Negotiate professionally while protecting customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, answer questions, and identify future service and referral opportunities.

Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.

Consistently pursue personal and dealership sales goals.
