Kitchen Designer

Overview

Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. They also assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary. They ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.

By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers and welcome them to the store.
• Assess kitchen and/or bath project needs and present design options.
• Provide showroom tours and set up measurements for kitchen and/or bath projects.
• Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.
• Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
• Drive sales to support department and store goals by supporting Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance priorities.
