Outside Sales at Strike - one

You will be accountable for numbers—not vibes, not effort.

If that feels uncomfortable, move on.

We design and build outdoor event and trade show displays for top national brands. The work is real. The expectations are real. So is the upside. We love what we do!

We don’t micromanage. That’s not a perk—it’s a test.

If you need structure, scripts, daily check-ins, or motivational quotes, this is not your role.

You will be trusted—or exposed—based
on performance.

• You need someone to tell you what to do next
• You avoid outbound sales
• You want predictable, “safe” days
• You think sales is mostly talking, not closing

• You like pressure and ownership
• You want freedombecauseyou can perform
• You want to earn your upside, not be protected from failure

No khakis and polos. No corporate babysitting.
And no participation trophies.
