Key Responsibilities Deliver Lessons:
Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Assess Progress:
Regularly assess and report student progress, adapting teaching as needed.
Classroom Management:
Create a positive learning environment that encourages good behaviour.
Support Students:
Identify and support individual needs to ensure academic growth.
Engage Parents:
Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.
Professional Growth:
Participate in professional development and contribute to school activities.
Safeguarding:
Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to engage and motivate young learners
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
