Working alongside therapists, SEN specialists, and mental health professionals, you'll develop a strong understanding of how to support young people with additional needs in a specialist setting.
As an Aspiring Educational Psychologist

- Flitwick, you will support students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. You will play a key role in helping learners build confidence, develop independence, and re-engage with education.
About the School
Specialist SEN setting supporting approximately 55 students
Small class sizes of 6-8 learners
Highly supportive and collaborative staff team
Access to Occupational Therapists, Specialist Teachers, and external professionals
A holistic approach to education, wellbeing, and development
Role Details
Permanent position
£21,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
September 2026 start
