Role

Finance Administrator
We have great products to sell, and we need a great administrator to support us to do this. You’ll be working with cross-functional teams to provide seamless administration.
Responsibilities- Maintaining, reviewing and reconciling financial records (we use open accounts)
- Identifying discrepancies or inaccuracies
- Processing bank deposits, payments and reimbursements
- Contacting customers to ensure timely payments
- Reporting on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Generating and maintaining operations administration (we use Radius) for deliveries, stock and production planning workflows
- Recommending improvements to maintain integrity, consistency and quality
- Experienced and successful in finance administration
- Rigorous, precise and have an analytical mind
- Comfortable and confident using IT tools and systems
- Confidentiality at all times
- Positive, can-do attitude with problem-solving mindset
36 hours per week, full-time
