Key Responsibilities

Deliver day-to-day care and emotional support to young residents
Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment
Promote independence and help young people develop life skills
Collaborate with a professional care team to provide high-quality, person-centred support

About You

Experience in residential care for children/young people, or at least 6 months UK experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex behaviours
Compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to care
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare preferred, but not essential
