Pledge Financial Services is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Central Falls Location. This is more than retail — every day, you’ll work with a wide variety of customers, help them find solutions that fit their needs, and support a team that thrives on energy and teamwork. As the right-hand to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly, keeping customers happy, and helping your team grow.

• Lead daily store operations and keep things running smoothly
• Provide excellent service by welcoming customers, solving issues, and building trust
• Assist with inventory — receiving, organizing, and keeping accurate counts
• Support and motivate team members, including coaching and training
• Uphold company policies and create a safe, professional work environment
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Take on administrative duties and jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

• Experience in Retail, customer service, or Sales;
  Leadership experience is a plus
• Able to inspire, guide, and support a team
• Strong communication and people skills
• Problem solver with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Experience with a POS system or Inventory software is helpful but not required; we will train you
