Work Schedule:

100% on-site, M–F, 8 AM–12 PM (20 hours/week) Compensation: $25–$28/hr DOE + 401(k) with up to 4% Employer Contribution Requirements: 2+ years of Collections experience Comfortable with Collections phone calls with strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred:

This role will focus on customer collections, resolving outstanding balances, researching account discrepancies, and maintaining strong customer relationships while working closely with the accounting team.

* Key Responsibilities:

* · Manage accounts receivable collections, including outbound customer calls and payment follow-ups
· Research and resolve outstanding balances, overdue invoices, and account discrepancies
· Review customer credits, returns, and account adjustments
· Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections
· Assist with invoice inquiries, payment issues, and account reconciliations
· Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate AR records
· Support additional AR and accounting responsibilities as needed
** Requirements:
** 2+ years of Collections experience Strong phone-based collections experience and customer communication skills
** Preferred:
