• Supporting audit assignments both on-site and remotely
• Preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients
• Assisting with bookkeeping and management accounts
• Contributing to tax compliance work as required
• Reviewing junior team members’ work and offering guidance
• Building strong client relationships and handling day‑to‑day queries
• Working closely with managers to deliver high‑quality service
• Supporting and mentoring trainees within the team

• Part‑qualified ACCA or ACA with several exams completed
• Recent experience within an accountancy practice environment
• Exposure to audit, accounts preparation, and general compliance work
• Confident using software such as Xero, Sage, Quick Books, and Excel
• Strong understanding of current accounting standards and regulations
  
  Proactive approach with good commercial awareness
• Comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues alike
• A positive, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

• Salary between £35,000 and £40,000 (depending on experience)
• Hybrid working model with a 50/50 split in London
