A high-growth fintech in the insurance space is hiring a Management Accountant to take ownership of AP, support month end, and drive process improvements in a scaling, multi-entity environment.
The Role- Own end-to-end Accounts Payable (invoice to payment, reconciliations, supplier queries)
- Run domestic & international payment cycles
- Support month‑end close (journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations)
- Own revenue & invoicing, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting
- Support audit and maintain strong financial controls
- Partner with commercial and operational teams on billing and process improvements
- Drive efficiencies across AP, revenue, and reporting processes
- Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Strong AP and month‑end experience in a multi‑entity environment
- Audit exposure and strong controls mindset
- Systems‑savvy (Net Suite/AP tools beneficial)
- Proactive, detail‑focused, and comfortable in a fast‑growth business
