Cobalt Recruitment in City of London is seeking an experienced Client Accountant to manage a portfolio of properties. You will prepare and review monthly and quarterly finance reports, produce service charge accounts, and handle client bank accounts with reconciliations.
You'll also prepare budgets, forecast activity, monitor cash flow, and support year-end processes while liaising with auditors and ensuring compliance. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.
