As a Personal Tax Semi Senior / Senior, you'll manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance while building trusted relationships and providing an excellent level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Managing personal tax compliance, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Liaising directly with clients to resolve tax queries and provide practical advice.
Supporting senior colleagues with tax planning projects where appropriate.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Assisting with HMRC correspondence and enquiries.
Keeping up to date with changes in UK personal tax legislation.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience working within an accountancy practice in a personal tax role.
ATT qualified, studying towards ATT/CTA, CTA qualified, or qualified by experience.
Strong knowledge of UK personal tax compliance.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
