We are seeking a skilled professional to take on a pivotal role within our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including the maintenance of financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with financial forecasting and modelling.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
