Interim Staff Accountant
To join for a three-month assignment for an insurer.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Payable:
Manage the full-cycle AP process, including invoice entry, approval routing, and vendor inquiries. - Reconciliations:
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Expense Reporting:
Audit and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policy. - General Ledger Support:
Assist with routine data entry, basic journal entries, and organizing financial records.
Previous experience in accounts within Insurance including day to day AP, Bordeaux, cashbooks and journals Excel Immediately available or on short notice.
