Client Payroll Lead

Working within a collaborative payroll team, you'll deliver accurate, compliant, and timely BAU payrolls while providing a high‑quality service to both new and long‑standing clients.

• Client payroll processing
  - Manage end‑to‑end payroll cycles for a varied portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Client onboarding
  - Support new clients joining the bureau, gathering data, setting up payrolls, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Client queries
  - Act as a trusted point of contact, resolving payroll‑related questions with professionalism and clarity.
• Team collaboration
  - Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, support busy periods, and maintain consistent service standards.
• Compliance & reporting
  - Ensure all statutory submissions, audits, and documentation are completed accurately.

• Experience with in bureau payroll or a multi‑client environment.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a varied workload.
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive environment.
