Location: City of Westminster
The Block is seeking an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join its Finance Team in North London. The role reports to the Finance Manager and requires end-to-end service charge accounts expertise, including year-end closure and audits.
You will liaise with clients, tenants and external accountants, manage budgets and service charge demands, and support system onboarding for new properties. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
