US/UK TAX SENIOR MANAGER - LONDON (UP TO £90,000)

Two Positions Available - Growth & Progression Opportunity
What You'll Do:- Lead and own a portfolio of US/UK private client tax matters
- Manage complex compliance and advisory work (structure can flex based on your strengths)
- Oversee billing, identify upsell opportunities, ensure quality delivery
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Develop and mentor managers and junior staff
- Work closely with Partners on strategic advisory projects
- Contribute to practice growth and business development
- ATT or CTA qualified
- EA or CPA qualification
- 5+ years' managing a client portfolio in US/UK private client tax
- Track record in both compliance and advisory work
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong technical credibility and commercial mindset
- Client-facing confidence and relationship-building skills
- Two roles available - genuine growth, not just replacement hiring

Salary & Benefits:
Up to £90,000+ (dependent on experience) + discretionary bonus
