Transfer Pricing Manager

A top-tier professional services firm is continuing to invest in its market-leading Transfer Pricing practice and is looking to appoint an experienced Manager to join its growing team. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of multinational and large corporate clients, advising on complex cross-border transactions, value chain planning, transfer pricing documentation, dispute resolution and global tax developments. As part of a highly connected international network, you'll collaborate with specialists across multiple jurisdictions while helping clients navigate an increasingly complex international tax landscape.

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality advisory projects for a broad range of UK and international businesses. You'll build trusted client relationships, oversee complex multi-jurisdictional engagements and work closely with senior leaders to develop practical, commercially focused solutions. Alongside client work, you'll play an important role in mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to business development and helping shape the continued growth of the practice.

• Lead the delivery of transfer pricing advisory projects for multinational and large corporate clients.
• Advise on transfer pricing planning, documentation, benchmarking, value chain analysis and international tax developments.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted adviser and day-to-day point of contact.
• Manage complex cross-border projects, coordinating teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Work closely with colleagues across International Tax, M&A Tax, Indirect Tax and other specialist advisory teams.
• Oversee project budgets, billing and commercial performance.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, supporting both their technical and professional growth.
• Contribute to proposals, client pitches and wider business development initiatives.
• Support Partners and Directors on strategic client engagements and practice development.

• A professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or an equivalent background in economics, finance, law or accounting.
• Strong Transfer Pricing experience gained within practice, industry or a specialist advisory environment.
• Experience across areas such as documentation, benchmarking, economic analysis, value chain planning and transfer pricing controversy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercially focused mindset.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for developing junior colleagues.
