Newly created opportnity for a Financial Accontant tojoin or growing central acconting fnction.

Yowill join a small team spporting the K Acconting Controller in the completion of critical central acconting fnctions for the K entities of Sopra Steria.

TheK Acconting team is responsible for ensring the accracy of K reporting forboth Grop and Local Stattory reqirements, monthly, qarterly and annally.

This incldes providing technical acconting advice to the K Acconting teams.

The K Acconting Team also incldes K treasry and pensions management.

This is a hybrid variable role requring office presence in or London office a cople of times per month.

What yo will be doing:

Completion of the K external adit for both Grop reporting and local stattory acconts inclding an interim review
Management of the responses to the external adit qeries
Ensring compliance with Grop rles relating to finance, maintaining acconting policies
Ensring process docments are maintained and pdated
Ensring Grop controls are adhered to
Be an active member of reviews for revene recognition for cstomer contracts
Be a technical acconting advisor to the K finance commnity
Responsibilities for the month end close process and review of reslts inclding analytical reviews (P&L and Balance Sheet)

What yo'll bring:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qalified accontant, preferably with an adit backgrond and experience of preparing/reviewing K stattory acconts.
Experienced in K stattory reporting, adit and technical acconting.
Excellent technical acconting skills, ideally with a focs on revene recognition.
Self-motivated and diligent as well as professional behaviors, self- starter who is able to see tasks throgh to conclsion
Oracle system experience desirable bt not essential
Controls design and monitoring wold also be desirable.
