Senior Client Accountant
£45k - £48k + Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)

This role will be working across a portfolio of offices.
An understanding of commercial properties and commercial service charges is needed for this role.
- Previous experience preparing year end accounts across a commercial portfolio of properties highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment ensuring strict deadlines are met
- Previous use of a property management system such as Yardi, MRI or Qube
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- The chance to work for one of London's leading real estate companies.

- 1st stage on Teams/Zoom
- 2nd stage held face to face in the office
