Front of House / Receptionist (City Branch)
This is a full-time on-site Front Desk Receptionist role in London City. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring the gym runs efficiently. This includes greeting clients, answering phone calls and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the gym.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
