Rental Services Coordinator

Concord, an independent music company, is seeking a Rental Services Coordinator to support its Boosey & Hawkes division.

• Accurately process and fulfill orders from amateur clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date catalog records and track payments, including cheques and credit cards.
• Monitor order progress, initiate recall notices for overdue materials, and apply late fees per policy.
• Communicate with clients to resolve delays and answer musicological questions, such as edition, key, and arrangement details.
• Assist the VP of Rental Services as needed and collaborate with the team to uphold high performance standards.

• University‑level understanding of classical music, including history, theory, and music reading (all clefs).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Computer literacy: proficiency in Word, Excel, and typing.
