Founded in 2018 and proudly joining the Pula Aviation Services group in 2025, JMI – Jet Maintenance International is a leading independent MRO provider serving aircraft owners and operators across the UK and Europe. From our 18,000 sq. ft. hangar at London Oxford Airport and our line station at London Biggin Hill, we deliver trusted solutions including base maintenance, line support, and mobile-response AOG services.

We’re looking for a well-organised and proactive Planning & Technical Services Administrator to support our team at Oxford Airport. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and a keen interest in aviation, looking to start or develop a career in aircraft maintenance support.

• Assist with the creation and coordination of maintenance work packs and schedules
• Help maintain and organise aircraft records, documents, and compliance files
• Support the technical planning team with data entry, tracking, and administrative tasks
• Liaise with engineers and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance operations
• Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in line with regulatory requirements

• Strong administration or coordination background (experience in a technical or aviation environment is a bonus)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
• Competent in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Willingness to learn about aircraft maintenance and technical records
