Property Administrator
We are working with a well-established and growing property management company based in Central London, specialising in the management of commercial and mixed-use assets.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Property Administrator to support their commercial property management team across an expanding portfolio.
This role would suit someone with a minimum of two years’ property administration experience, who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced property environment.
Role Overview
The Property Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial property management team, ensuring accurate records are maintained, maintenance activities are coordinated efficiently, and communication with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders is handled professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the commercial property management team with day-to-day portfolio administration
* Handling tenant and contractor queries via email and phone
* Raising, tracking, and following up on maintenance works
* Preparing and issuing correspondence, notices, and general documentation
* Assisting with compliance paperwork and maintaining property records
* Updating internal systems and ensuring property files are accurate and up to date
* Coordinating with managing agents, contractors, and external suppliers
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a property administration or coordination role
* Previous experience within the property industry (commercial preferred)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Experience using property management systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial (training provided)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Location:
Central London (office-based, with hybrid working on Fridays)
