Data Administrator (3-Month Contract Potential to Extend)

Full-Time Office-Based

We are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to join a large, well-established national M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) organisation based in Stratford. This is an initial 3-month contract with strong potential for extension.

This role would suit someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working across multiple systems.

• Accurate data entry across internal systems
• Transferring and migrating data from one system to another
• Using Share Point to manage and organise documentation
• Auditing and validating data from PayPoint systems
• Identifying discrepancies and ensuring records are correct and up to date
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Confident computer user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience using Share Point
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Previous administration or data processing experience preferred
