Learning & Development Coordinator; FTC

Working alongside our L&OD Advisers to manage the administrative tasks relating to our L&OD programmes. This includes:

Supporting L&OD core programmes

• Responsibility for the scheduling of events
• Co-ordinating and managing the logistics for virtual and in-person events
• Uploading and maintaining learning materials on the LMS, SharePoint and Teams
• Maintaining accurate training records on the LMS
• Acting as producer for virtual events using Teams
• Processing and tracking invoices when required

Other L&OD team support

• Assisting with internal team processes, including meeting coordination and invoice processing
• Conducting research to support Managers and Advisers to identify or design appropriate learning resources in response to stakeholder enquiries
• Monitoring the team inbox, responding to, escalating or forwarding enquiries and tracking themes and issues
• Making effective use of learning technologies and AI tools to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance efficiency across L&D operations.

• Professional services experience would be preferable.
• Computer literacy - good working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, LMS
• An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
