Location: City Of London

West End | Up to £40,000 DOE | 5 days in office | 8:30am–5:30pm

We’re partnering with a highly regarded private equity firm in the West End to appoint a Reception & Team Assistant into their front‑of‑house and deal team support function.

This is an opportunity to join a respected investment environment where reception is genuinely valued and administrative support sits close to the front office. You’ll be the face of the business while also providing PA support to a group of junior investment professionals.

It’s ideal for someone who enjoys delivering a polished, professional welcome but also wants broader responsibility and exposure within a high‑performing private equity setting.

The role will include:
  • Delivering a warm, professional front‑of‑house experience for all
  • Managing meeting rooms, visitor coordination and daily office flow
  • Handling calls and enquiries with confidence and discretion
  • Coordinating taxis, couriers, catering and office supplies
  • Providing PA support to junior members of the deal team
  • Assisting with diary management, travel coordination and expenses
  • Supporting the wider EA team and providing holiday cover where needed

About you:
  • Previous corporate Reception or Front of House experience
  • Experience providing administrative or PA support in financial services or professional services
  • Confident, articulate and naturally service‑focused
  • Organised and proactive, comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Someone who takes pride in presentation, discretion and attention to detail
