About the role:
The Executive Associate to the CEO is a high‑potential graduate or early‑career role positioned at the centre of Superscript’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
This role combines senior‑level executive support with hands‑on exposure to strategy, governance, and business execution. Acting as a trusted Executive Assistant to the CEO and providing strategic support to the wider ELT, the role is critical in enabling focus, pace, and quality across the leadership agenda.
This is not a traditional EA role. It is a career‑building opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a modern, high‑growth financial services business is built and led from the inside.
What you’ll get up to:- Own and manage the CEO’s diary, priorities and scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, logistics and preparation.
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for Board, ELT, partner and investor engagements.
- Track follow‑ups, actions and deadlines to ensure execution remains on track.
Support the CEO with preparation of:
- Board papers.
- ELT presentations.
- Investor and partner materials.
- Assist the wider ELT with presentation and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and planning activities.
In this role, you will gain exposure across:

You will develop a strong understanding of how a regulated, high‑growth insurance broking business operates and take on increasing responsibility as your capability and confidence grow.
About you:- High‑calibre graduate or early‑career professional.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a corporate environment (or equivalent internships or placements).
- Demonstrated delivery, problem‑solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong academic record or early professional achievement.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills.
- Excellent document structuring and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in business, leadership and scale‑up environments.
