Roadshow Coordinator Central London Financial Services - Roadshow Team

Hours: 08:00-18:00

Work Pattern: 5 days in office

Paying: £300 - £340 per day

Tay Associates have partnered with a highly reputable global financial services organisation who are seeking an experienced Roadshow Coordinator to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, market-leading environment supporting the full execution of Non-Deal Roadshows. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of Non-Deal Roadshows and investor engagement programmes, ensuring seamless coordination, precision, and exceptional delivery at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of the execution process for Non-Deal Roadshows and field trips
  • Ensuring all scheduling systems are kept fully up to date and accurate
  • Keeping internal stakeholders informed ahead of and throughout the roadshow
  • Managing last-minute changes and ensuring all parties are updated in real time
  • Ensuring calendar invites are accurate across both investor and corporate calendars
  • Updating internal systems post-event with confirmed attendance records
  • Assist with all logistics including flights, hotels, ground transfers, AV requirements, visas and catering, processing expenses
  • Arranging and attending group meetings and meetings at external venues
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3–4 years’ experience executing roadshows
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing demands
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated team mindset
