Our client is a well established regulatory organisation based in central London. They are seeking a Case Administrator to join their case management team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within structured processes and wants to build a career within regulation or professional standards. The role will be fully office based in Monument until probation is successfully completed.

💥 As a Case Administrator, you will:

• Support the administration of Fitness to Practise or regulatory casework
• Maintain and update the case management system accurately
• Prepare formal correspondence to registrants, complainants and legal representatives
• Organise hearing documentation and coordinate panel meetings
• Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and internal procedures
• Liaise with internal teams including legal and investigations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous administrative experience within regulation, legal, public sector or professional membership environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation
• Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
• Confident written communication skills
• Ability to work at pace and meet strict deadlines
• Someone available to start immediately or at short notice
